How It Works
A water leak is stressful enough. Our process keeps it simple, with no surprises at the end.
01
Call 020 3831 5477 or request a callback. Tell us where you are and what the problem is. We will talk you through turning the water off.
02
The plumber makes the area safe, finds the fault and gives you a written price for labour and parts. Any call-out or out-of-hours rate is explained before the visit. Nothing starts without your approval.
03
The repair is made, the system is refilled and pressure tested, and the area is cleaned up. If the same fault comes back because of our work, we return and put it right.

Emergency Plumbing Guide
Plain answers about what counts as an emergency, what to do while you wait, and how the visit works.
Is it an emergency?
A plumbing emergency is any problem where water is escaping and you cannot control it, where you have no water at all, where sewage is backing up, or where water is close to electrics. In practice that means burst or split pipes, overflowing tanks and cisterns, very low or no flow, toilets and drains backing up, leaking joints or valves, and water coming through a ceiling or wall.
A dripping tap or a slow drain is annoying but can usually wait for a booked visit, which is cheaper than an out-of-hours call-out. If you are not sure, call us and describe what you can see. We will tell you honestly whether it needs someone tonight.
Tip: know where your stopcock is. The main stopcock is often under the kitchen sink, in a hallway cupboard or under the stairs. Finding it now means you can stop a leak in seconds when it matters.
Stopping the damage
When you call, we ask what is happening and where, and guide you through shutting the water off. The plumber then makes the area safe, finds the fault and gives you a written price. Only when you approve it does the repair begin.
Once the repair is made, the system is refilled and pressure tested, and the area is cleaned up. For hidden leaks we use pressure tests, moisture readings and isolation to trace the source, opening up as little as possible. We aim to reach emergencies across London as quickly as traffic and other call-outs allow.
Costs
Our work is priced from a diagnostic or hourly rate plus parts and VAT, and you see the total in writing before we begin. Work outside our normal hours of 8am to 5pm costs more than a daytime visit, and we give you that out-of-hours price on the phone before anyone is dispatched.
Landlords & agents
If you manage rental or commercial property, a plumbing problem needs a quick, documented response. We attend for landlords, letting agents and managing agents, agree the price in writing first, and give you a clear invoice for your records.

Clear Answers
The questions we hear most from London customers.
Uncontrolled water escaping, no water at all, sewage backing up, or water near electrics. Burst pipes, overflowing tanks, backed-up toilets and water coming through a ceiling are all emergencies. A dripping tap can wait for a booked visit.
We aim to reach emergencies across London as quickly as traffic and other call-outs allow, and for leaks and bursts we aim to attend the same day. We do not promise a fixed arrival time we cannot keep. When you call 020 3831 5477 we will tell you what to expect, and talk you through shutting the water off while you wait.
It depends on the fault, the time of day and the parts needed. We give you a written price for labour and parts before any work starts, and nothing goes ahead until you agree it. We do not add congestion, parking or travel surcharges afterwards.
Work outside our normal hours of 8am to 5pm costs more than a daytime visit. We explain the out-of-hours rate on the phone before anyone is dispatched, so you can decide with the full price in front of you.
Yes. Every repair is tested before we leave and carries a 6-month workmanship guarantee. If the same fault returns because of our work within that period, we come back and fix it. Manufacturer warranties on fitted parts are separate.
No. We focus on plumbing repairs and emergencies such as leaks, bursts, taps, toilets, sinks, stopcocks, valves, low water pressure, blocked toilets and drains, showers and bathrooms. We do not offer gas, boiler, CCTV drain survey or drain relining work.
Yes. We regularly work for landlords, letting agents and managing agents. Call us with the property address and tenant contact, we will arrange access, agree the price in writing with you, and keep the paperwork clear.
